MEet OUR TEAM

 Samantha is a veteran emergency vet who has seen an increasing need for urgent care work in the veterinary world. She is a 2012 University of Queensland graduate who has spent time in some of Australia's top specialty and veterinary emergency centres, and has an immense passion for patient care. Her memberships in Anaesthesia and Analgesia has heightened her critical care abilities and she wants to ensure all patients have the opportunity to be well rested and attended to in the important first night in hospital. 

Tayla became a fully qualified veterinary nurse in 2018. Since beginning her exciting career she has had the opportunity to work in general practice clinics but especially in emergency centres who specialise in intensive care units and the care that comes along with ICU. Her heart certainly lies with ECC and ICU but she also has a very keen interest in zoological veterinary care and intensive care for all unique species including species such as carnivores and ungulates. Tayla joined the Pawprints family in December 2023 and has loved working alongside old colleagues and providing gold standard and fear free care for all patients.
